Returns & Refunds Policy
At G-O-D-A, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re happy to help. This returns policy complies with UK consumer laws, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
1. Returns Eligibility
You may return items within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange, provided the following conditions are met:
• The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
• The item is not a custom-made or personalised product, as these are non-returnable unless faulty.
• The item is not an exempt product such as earrings or hair accessories (for hygiene reasons), unless faulty.
2. How to Return an Item
1. Notify Us – Contact our customer service team at support@g-o-d-a.com within 14 days of delivery to request a return. Please include your order number and reason for return.
2. Send the Item Back – Once approved, you must return the item within 14 days using a tracked and insured shipping service. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
3. Refund Processing – Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and process your refund within 14 days of receipt. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
3. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us at support@g-o-d-a.com within 30 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return postage costs.
4. Exchanges
We offer exchanges on eligible items. To arrange an exchange, follow the return process and specify the item you would like in exchange. If the new item is a different price, we will adjust the balance accordingly.
5. Refunds
• Refunds are processed within 14 days after we receive your return.
• You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
